We currently have a unique and exciting opportunity for technicians to operate in The greater Melbourne area. This role directly supports the Allianz Global Assistance (AGA) brand by providing leading roadside assistance products to numerous prestige automotive brands in Australia.
The role
This role will require you to operate a supplied, fully-maintained, late-model roadside assistance vehicle to attend breakdowns on behalf of Allianz Global Assistance, while working for our local provider, All Roadside Assistance.
Within the territory you will receive priority allocation of all breakdown work for our brand, and for the manufacturers we represent.
Our clients are some of the world's most prestigious automotive brands, so you will have the opportunity to be a 'knight in shining armour' to some of the most advanced vehicles on the road.
You will attend flat batteries, flat tyres, out of fuel and associated roadside breakdowns. You will do this within our performance criteria which include arrival times, mobilisation rates and an expectation that you will deliver the highest standards of professionalism and customer service at all times.
Part-time and full-time opportunities available for immediate start.
About you
You will need to be a qualified Mechanic or Auto Electrician, or someone with extensive mechanical aptitude or background.
You will have a genuine desire to help people and be reliable and accountable for your service at all times. You will also have a demonstrated track record in customer service and thrive in a fast paced environment.
You will pride yourself on your professionalism and ability to get the job done whilst delivering high end service to people in need.
As AGA is a 24/7 business, the successful applicant will be required to operate on shifts outside normal business hours, with some weekend work involved.

AGA will be there to assist you with ongoing training both in a classroom setting and on the job and support via our provider management team.
