Due to unprecedented growth of the brand and our dealership, we are looking for an experienced Service Advisor to join our service team at Brookvale.
Job tasks and responsibilities
In addition to Service Advising duties you will also deal with bookings, Administration work and some Warranty claims, ensuring an exceptional customer experience is delivered every time!

Your specific duties and responsibilities will include:
- Scheduling customer service orders, utilising company software and achieving challenging time restraints;
- Collating and translating vehicle symptoms to repair orders that can be clearly understood and diagnosed by technical staff;
- Communicating fault rectification to customers in a manner which can be easily understood;
- Preparing invoices and closing allocated repair orders in a timely manner, consistent with company guidelines;
- Displaying professionalism when managing customer concerns
- Ability to upsell as required
Skills and experience
