Established in the NSW Riverina over 64 years ago, we are proudly operating out of 11 rural locations in the Riverina, Southern and Central West NSW. We are currently looking for an enthusiastic Field Coordinator/Foreman to join our Service Department in Griffith NSW.
The Field Coordinator/Foreman will work collaboratively with the Service Manager and Branch Manager; providing mechanical support and assistance to the workshop; coordinating and monitoring the service and repairs in progress within the team and ensuring that all work meets quality standards.
The successful candidate will have the following:
- Trade/Cert III qualified Heavy Vehicle/Diesel Mechanic or Agricultural Technician
- 2+ years’ experience as a Heavy Vehicle/Diesel Mechanic or Agricultural Technician and a solid understanding of Service Department Operations
- Confident leadership skills, including the ability to lead, train and coach others;
- Strong communication skills, both written and spoken;
- Attention to detail to ensure high levels of quality assurance; and
- Experience with John Deere and competitive products
- Ability to use desktop applications such as a DMS (Dealer Management System), Microsoft Office and the internet
