Job tasks and responsibilities
As a fully qualified Sheet Metal Trades Person you will need to have extensive experience with equipment installation/relocation in the food industry, have great people skills with a proven ability to liaise with customers and team members.
As part of this role your duties would include:
- Supervising Team Members.
- Specialised fabrication work.
- Assist with the Installation and Relocation of Food Plant Equipment.
- Liaising with customers and delegating tasks for the successful completion of projects.
- TIG Welding
7.00am to 3.30pm Monday to Friday with overtime & Saturday Work available.
$45 per Hour plus Overtime
Skills and experience
- Must have experience as a leading hand/supervisor.
- Must be a fully qualified Sheet Metal Tradesman or Process Pipe Welder with extensive experience.
- Must have experience dealing with clients and team members.
- Must have experience with equipment installation/relocation in the food industry.
- Be able to read drawings & follow instructions.
- Be a self motivated individual.
- Have great people skills.
- Possess good attention to detail.
- Be able to work in a team environment.
- Be punctual & reliable.
- Work overtime when required.
- Have their own transport to/from work.
- Be able to travel to customer locations across New South Wales.
- Have a Safety First approach to their Job and be across JSA requirements for site work etc.
