ISS Facility Services is seeking expressions of interest from experienced Service Managers with backgrounds in Food Services, Environmental and Distribution. ISS has a large footprint of successful contracts in the Adelaide Region in our industry sectors of Health, Education and Facility Management.
Experienced Service Managers will be considered if they have the following skills:
- Previous management experience in a high volume contracts within Food Services, Environmental Services and Distribution.
- Proven experience in motivating and managing teams including recruitment, performance management and training
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Exceptional planning, organisational and analytical skills
- Demonstrate a positive attitude and drive to deliver strong customer service
- Genuine interest in working with and caring for people
- Working knowledge of workplace health & safety regulations
