About the role
We are currently seeking a highly motivated and experienced individual to join our team as a Caravans Service Technician/Mechanic
Based in Campbellfield and reporting to the Workshop Manager, your role is crucial in maintaining our commitment to our customers and deliver exceptional service and repair.
Key responsibilities include (but not limited to):
- Diagnose problems and carry out repair/maintenance work timely and efficiently, in accordance with the manufacturer and dealership requirements
- Follow correct procedures at all times
- Maintain a detailed knowledge base of all products and services
Who are we looking for?
- An experienced Caravan Technician/Mechanic
- Availability to work 5 days a week, plus occasional Saturday overtime
- Diagnostic and gas/electrical (12V) skills
- Excellent communication skills
- Results oriented
- Work ethic and reliability
- A ‘can do’ attitude
- A 'DRIVEN' person, with a passion for caravans and people
- Ability to provide an exceptional customer service to everyone, every day!
