What you’ll do

• Ensure that Safe work practices are at the heart of everything we do
• Basic to intermediate electro-mechanical fault finding and repair skills
• Ability to accurately and timely manage assets, in particular spare parts
• Efficiently prioritise and manage call queues to achieve the best outcomes for both the client and the business, as well as meeting contracted SLA targets
• Work efficiently and effectively with peers and other staff members of the Tatts Group
• Timely and accurately record data into company electronic recording systems

What you bring

• Year 10 completion certificate
• Low to middle level industry accreditation in electronics
• Basic electronics certificate or equivalent industry experience
• Practical knowledge of electronics, with good industry and equipment knowledge
• Strong customer service skills
• Valid and appropriate Industry licences, as well as Drivers Licence
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• An eye for detail and an ability to diagnose and problem solve technical issues
• Integrity, respect and honesty
• Safety and security awareness
