The Used Vehicle Reconditioning Technician role is a full time position working at Auto Classic. Reporting to the Workshop Controller & Reconditioning Manager you will be responsible for:
- Working within the dealership polices, guidelines and standards
- Complete vehicle safety inspections
- Carry out any additional mechanical repairs required
- Ensure that all used vehicles are prepared at a very high standard
- Install all electrical components to vehicles
- Perform repair & service work on vehicles
- Identify any additional service requirements
- Support the training and development of apprentices
- Report all vehicle quality issues to the Reconditioning Manager
The ideal candidate will demonstrate the following:
- Good communication skills
- Current trade qualifications - essential
- Experience with passenger & light commercial vehicles
- Experience working on a wide range of vehicle makes
- Must hold a full current Western Australian driver's licence
- The ability to work as part of a team
- ARC – Refridgerant Handling Licence
