Our Volvo Cars Camberwell Dealership and has a vacancy for an experienced Service Advisor to join the team.

Key Selection Criteria:

• Previous experience in a Service Advisor role (experience in a dealership environment would be highly advantageous)

• Core value for exceptional customer service.

• Superior communication skills (verbal & written) is essential.

• Professional presentation & phone mannerism is critical.

• Technical/Automotive knowledge.

• Exceptional time management & organisation skills.

• Highly motivated & able to work unsupervised.

• Friendly, easy-going individual, a real team player.

• Strong eye for detail.

• Friendly, personable individual who is comfortable liaising with customers on a daily basis.

• Autoline DMS preferable but not essential

• Previous experience as a Workshop Foreman will be highly advantageous
