An exciting position has become available for a suitably qualified and experienced person to join our Garden Maintenance Team.
The Primary purpose of this position is to lead a team in the care of Residential Gardens in Sydney.
You will be working in a supportive environment and there are significant opportunities for development and growth with in the company. You will be joining a team of passionate and skilled people.
Key Responsibilities Include:
- Organisation and supervision of your team members to ensure deadlines and quality standards are met.
- You may be required to communicate with clients and sub contractors
- Apply safe work practices and procedures.

Duties Include
- Mowing and edging
- Spraying
- Pruning
- General garden maintenance
Essential Criteria:
- Demonstrated experience in a horticultural role, including the use of mowers and power tools
- Ability to work unsupervised with a demonstrated pro-active approach;
- Experience in providing safe work practices;
- Proven good communication skills for a variety of audiences;
- Current Driver's Licence;
- Valid Construction General Induction Card - NSW WorkCover or equivalent;
- Demonstrated ability to participate and actively contribute in a team environment to achieve organisational goals and outcomes;
- Strong customer service ethos
- Ability to complete work and deliver according to project schedules and deadlines.
