Australian Hammer Supplies is committed to being the most successful Construction & Agricultural Equipment Machinery Company in Australia. We are a family owned and run business, specializing in Sales, Parts and Service of Kubota Construction, Agricultural Machinery and Hydraulic Hammers.
Job tasks and responsibilities
We are looking for an enthusiastic person to assist with our after sales customer support in our Canberra location.
Hours - 8am to 5pm Monday to Friday / Saturday by Roster 8am - 12 noon
The role includes (but not limited to):
- Customer Service (liase with customers regarding all service enquiries - breakdowns, repairs etc.
- Spare parts and service knowledge
- Admistration
- Assist manager with selling/servicing machines
- Ordering/Sales spare parts
- Booking service jobs
- Invoicing
Skills and experience
The successful candidate will need to have the following skills and experience:
- Spare parts and service knowledge
- Product knowledge
- Computer skills and literacy
- High standard of customer service
- Mechanical background
- Time management skills
- Strong attention to detail
- NSW Drivers License
- Willingness to learn and ability to work in a team environment
