Australian Hammer Supplies provides a variety of machinery and after sales parts and service to the construction industry.
Our Ingleburn office has an opportunity for a self-driven and highly motivated individual to join our team in the position of Warranty Service Administrator on a Full Time basis.
Reporting to the Service Manager, your responsibilities will include:
- Warranty Claim Submission with various manufacturers
- Conduct internal warranty audits to ensure compliance with manufacturers
- Warranty Report Preparation
- Time Entry
- Assist in other general service administration tasks
To be successful you will need:
- Previous experience in a warranty role will be an advantage
- Mechanical / Technical experience will be an advantage
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Demonstrated MS Office experience, including Word and Excel
- The ability to work autonomously as well as part of a team
