Australian Hammer Supplies is the Kubota Construction dealer for NSW and the Kubota Agricultural dealer for the Sydney area; our products range from Kubota excavators to hydraulic hammers, tractors, mowers and rtv's.

Our Ingleburn Office has an opportunity for an self-driven and highly motivated individual to join us in the position of Workshop Administrator on a Full Time basis.

This role is primarily responsible for the costing and invoicing of all service department jobs. The role is not customer facing however collecting payments by telephone and email is a large part of the job.

The role is also responsible for providing a range of general service administration duties to ensure the smooth flow of work and the administration and operation of a proficient, cohesive team.

This is a highly responsible position where others rely upon your accuracy and competency.

Reporting to the Service Manager, your responsibilities will include:

• Preparation of Service invoices for customers
• General clerical, reception and word processing duties
• Process purchase orders
• Data entry
• Input timesheets
• Assist in other general service administration tasks

To be successful you will need:

• Excellent oral and written communication skills
• Demonstrated MS Office experience, including Word and Excel
• The ability to work autonomously as well as part of a team
• Proven experience in a similar role
• Strong attention to detail
