Due to growth in sales, permanent opportunities have become available for an experienced Field Service Technician to join their team servicing the CBD and surrounding suburbs of Melbourne. Our client has established an exceptional reputation for delivering high quality products and outstanding service and has placed itself at the forefront of the Australian and NZ Market.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Carrying out quality field service repairs and provide technical support to customers on site as required.
- Working in collaboration with the service planner to optimise workload
- Ensure all appliance, repair information and parts usage is documented
- Maintain order and cleanliness of van and ensure stock is up to date
- Provide exceptional customer service
- Management and resolution of customer concerns
- Ensure all OH&S policies and procedures are adhered to and attend training as required
To be successful you will need to have the following:
- Current practicing full A-grade electrical licence or Disconnect/Reconnect licence
- Current Australian Driver’s License
- A sound technical knowledge of domestic appliances incorporating the ability to diagnose and rectify faults through effective problem solving.
- Exceptional communication and customer service skills
- A genuine enjoyment of meeting and interacting with new customers
- Gas and refrigeration license highly regarded

This role will be a full-time permanent position, Monday - Friday. It will involve travel and the ideal candidate will be able to work autonomously. To be successful for this role you will undergo full background and licence checks.
