Cranbourne Body Works is a leading Collision Repair Centre in Cranbourne. Supporting a large variety of insurance companies, Cranbourne Body Works is extremely busy and growing fast.
We have a newly created position that requires a highly experienced Spray Painter with proven leadership experience. As a hands on Manager, you will have excellent planning, negotiation, quality assurance, procedure implementation and staff leadership skills.
This role requires you to join the paint shop team and demonstrate your high level of spray painting expertise. You will also be responsible for planning, oven bake throughput, KPI management, staff efficiency's and lean production management. It is essential that you have proven leadership and management skills within a paint shop to be considered for this position. Trade qualification is also essential.
