About the Company
Our client is a leading Mechanical Engineering company offering quality integrated Installation, Service and Maintenance solutions to commercial and government clients. They are now seeking to appoint a Brisbane based Service Manager.
About the Role
The Service Manager is a pivotal role responsible for leading the Team Supervisors and partnering with key stakeholders across the organisation to ensure the region maintains its excellent reputation in service delivery whilst achieving sustainable growth.
You Will Bring
- Experience in a Leadership Role within a Building Services Company, preferably HVAC, FM or other related Technical Asset Management Service
- Experience managing multiple teams
- Proven success utilising technology and processes to create a competitive advantage
- A strong desire to develop a genuine partnership with clients exceeding their expectations.
- Demonstrated experience achieving or exceeding established targets and KPIs
- Tertiary or Trade Qualifications in Engineering (Mechanical, Hydraulics or Electrical), other relevant discipline desirable.
- Post graduate qualifications in Business, Management, Operations or Project Management highly regarded.
- A high level of business acumen and superior communication skills with the ability to develop relationships at all levels of industry
