About the role
A fantastic opportunity now exists for an enthusiastic and experienced Service Technician to join our passionate, highly driven and successful Service Team. Reporting to the Aftermarket Manager you will have proven track record of providing exceptional customer service.
The focus of this role is to carry out the installation, maintenance, repairs and testing of our medical equipment including hospital beds, patient hoists and our range of alternating mattresses.
There will also be a need for some overnight travel/work requiring periods of up to 5 days away every 4 to 6 weeks.
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain the safety and integrity of all serviced products in accordance with Company Policy
- Stock Control maintained for continued efficient service
- Install systems to full working capacity and ensuring operators are aware of operating and emergency procedures
- Service contracts promoted and developed
Skills & Experience
- Mechanical and/or Electronics background
- Field experience preferably within the Healthcare or service related sector
- The ability to understand the customer's needs and provide appropriate solutions
- Analytical skills in reviewing and identifying key actions to deliver continuous improvements
- Strong time management and punctuality skills
- Driver's License
