Performance is everything, but you must have the necessary work history to be considered for the vast majority of roles. These are:

• Minimum 12 months Construction Site Experience
• Construction Safety Card 
• Safety Boots, Long Sleeve High Vis Shirt and Hard Hat
• Reliable Transport
• Reliable and committed attitude
• Ability to work 6 days a week
• Work related referees that can be contacted to confirm your skills and safety awareness
