We are seeking a motivated and experienced Operational Account Manager for our service testing works in the Brisbane metropolitan region.
Reporting to the Service Manager this role will be responsible for increased customer retention and contribution to the growth of the Fire System Testing service business. It is expected this will be achieved by developing and maintaining effective customer relationships and ensuring field staff are suitably trained and equipped to deliver optimum levels of customer service.
To be considered for this opportunity you must have acquired experience in a similar role where you were accountable supervising a team of technicians and maintaining a safe work environment along with an ability to foster customer relationships to maximise returns. Experience in the building services industry will be highly regarded.
