In this instance we are supporting our client in sourcing a Qualified Pastry Chef / Baker for a fulltime permanent role in the NSW Hunter Valley.  This opportunity will see you working within an established team of professionals who are dedicated to their craft and strive to provide quality products. You will be working within a fast pace environment to a daily production and overseeing your relevant section to ensure the end product is of high standard and quality goods.
 
Essential criteria:

• Trade certificate in Retail Baking (Cake & Pastry) – or near completion
• Proficiency in using kitchen equipment and appliances
• Capacity to work within a fast paced team environment
• Willingness to work within a team environment
