Manage the saw shop whilst minimising downtime and maximising efficiency
Influence and drive continuous site improvements
Become an integral part of an enthusiastic saw milling operation
Reporting to the Green Mill Manager, this is a vital position for our business as the sound operation of all saws and sharpening equipment is critical to the operation. You will need to play a key role in the uptake of new production equipment and develop the saw shop to meet the future needs of the business.
A positive attitude to safety compliance and quality will be expected.
To be considered you will need to:
* Be trade qualified with a minimum Certificate 3 in Saw Doctoring
* Have good trouble shooting capabilities
* Have excellent communication and interpersonal skills
We are open to negotiating a salary commensurate with your skills, saw milling knowledge and experience.
