Crewing Coordinator and logistics- Austage Events Sydney Pty Ltd
Austage Events is looking for a motivated Crewing Coordinator to become an integral part of the Operations department, working closely with our team of Technical Directors and Show Operators to facilitate exceptional event delivery.
Crewing Coordinator and logistics – Audio Visual
We are a proud Australian owned company with over 20 years in the Audio Visual industry. We pride ourselves on our work and professional delivery of specialised events with state of the art audio, video, lighting and staging solutions to a broad range of corporate entities.
Key Skills and Experience required:
- At least 3 years of scheduling experience
- A detailed understanding of the audio visual and lighting industry
- A grasp of basic to moderate IT technologies.
- Knowledge of Rentalpoint software and personnel Manager will be seen favourably
- Qualifications/demonstrated understanding of OH&S regulations and procedures
- Ability to work independently and achieve identified outcomes
- Be able to collaborate with areas of the business, planning & delivering events and shows
- The ability to work under pressure and to prioritize work
- Be well presented
- Must have a full drivers licence
- Other event related licences a plus
Successful Candidates must:
- Have excellent organisational, communication skills and problem-solving ability
- Coordination of crew and related projects
- Ability to work both autonomously and within a team
- Be a motivated member of a supportive and fun work culture.
- Be prepared to work additional and odd hours
