Rivet Energy is a national provider of LPG and liquid fuel logistics, including aviation refuelling services, for global oil and gas companies in key Metropolitan centres and Interstate routes throughout Australia. With over 47 years industry experience and 290 employees, Rivet Energy offers bench mark service levels, and specialist workshops in key metropolitan locations throughout Australia
 
To support growth we are seeking an experienced Diesel Mechanic. The role is located in Adelaide and is a permanent full-time position on a 5&2 day shift roster, on call as required.  Office and workshop facilities are modern and we have a great team environment.

Duties include but are not limited to:

• Servicing and maintenance of fleet equipment
• Carry out diagnosis, repairs and servicing of fleet equipment
• Maintain a safe and tidy workshop 
• Undertake servicing on American and European prime movers and dangerous goods trailers
• Trailer servicing and repairs 

Our Criteria - Your Skills :

• Australian Recognised Trade Certificate (HD Diesel Mechanic or equivalent)
• A commitment to safety and applying safe-working practices
• A motivated work ethic with the ability to work unsupervised
• Diagnostic skills required
• Must have a positive and proactive attitude to get things done
• Team player with good communication skills
• Reliable and trustworthy
• Ability to work with minimal supervision
• Have an understanding of work health & safety and chain of responsibility
• Must be able to provide your own tools

All candidates must supply a recent National Police Clearance (less than 6-months old), and have the ability to pass pre-employment medicals and drug/alcohol screening.
