To be considered for an interview for this 'in-demand' position, the following credentials are essential:

  • Minimum of 3 years frontline management experience within a Dealership Service Department
  • Ability to achieve and exceed internal and Manufacturer targets and KPI's
  • Superior customer service and interpersonal skills
  • Exceptional negotiation and dispute resolution skills
  • Proven background in maximising profitability and meeting both financial and market objectives
  • Adaptability to changing technology, processes, markets and the economy
  • Advanced knowledge of ERA and ERANet specifically within the Service modules
  • Ability to lead, manage and further develop the department whilst maintaining a cohesive team spirit

 

Reporting to the Fixed Operations Manager this position offers a high level of autonomy with the ability to demonstrate proven influential and effective interpersonal style, fitting with the brands and their company philosophy. The role requires a dedicated and experienced Automotive Service Management professional with commercial astuteness, strong coaching, learning and development skills and a sound knowledge of modern automotive technology.
