Westpoint Autos have been in the Automotive sector for decades within south-east Queensland. With rapid rates of growth over the past few years, we are looking for the best of the best retail focused Service Manager within Brisbane.
This position will require a dedicated individual to drive performance KPI's throughout the business. Your team will thrive from your coaching ability and personable approach ensuring moral and profitability go hand in hand. Your dedication to lead and motivate the team whilst providing continual improvement would ensure a stable and rewarding career within our business.
To be considered for an interview for this position, the following credentials are essential:

Strong frontline retail service management experience within a dealership environment

Ability to achieve and exceed internal targets and KPI's

Superior customer service and interpersonal skills and the ability to impart this knowledge and manage success with your team.

Exceptional negotiation and dispute resolution skills

Adaptability to changing technology, processes, markets and the economy

Advanced knowledge of ERA and ERANet specifically within the Service modules

Ability to lead, manage and further develop the department whilst maintaining a cohesive team spirit between the front and back of house.
Reporting to the General Manager, this position offers a high level of autonomy with the ability to demonstrate proven influential and effective interpersonal style, fitting with the brand and our company philosophy.
