RCR Resolve FM currently require an experienced Maintenance Technician /Labourer for depot and maintenance work on Department of Health and Human Services housing in the Morwell area. This is a permanent position.
The primary responsibilities of this role will include, but not limited to:
- Assist trades persons such as carpenters, plumbers and painters
- Completing general maintenance
- General construction labouring duties
- Basic tiling, plaster, carpentry repair works
- Assist at the depot with stock, cleaning etc as required.
To be considered for this role you will possess the following experience and personal qualities:
- Proven relevant experience;
- OHS Construction Induction card (white/blue card);
- Valid driver's licence;
- Effective communication skills;
- Strong attention to detail with paperwork;
- Ability to support and foster ethical behaviour;
- Basic computer literacy;
- A team orientated worker.
