RCR Resolve FM currently require an experienced Gas Plumber for maintenance work on Department of Health and Human Services housing in the Morwell area. This is a permanent position.
The primary responsibilities of this role will include, but not limited to:
- Gas Plumbing on Government supported residential properties;
- Completing general maintenance
- Basic plumbing repair works.
To be considered for this role you will possess the following experience and personal qualities:
- Trade qualified plumber
- Gas Plumbing experience and tickets
- Valid driver's licence
- Demonstrate superior customer service skills
- Knowledge of working with Government services clients-would be an advantage
- Effective communication skills
- Ability to support and foster ethical behaviour
- Good problem solving and organisational skills
- Basic computer literacy
- A team orientated worker.
