STEAMATIC BALLARAT provides high quality insurance services including mould remediation, fire and water damage restoration, as well as specialised  services including carpet, rug and upholstery cleaning to numerous markets

Casual roles:

We are currently seeking people who would like to join our restoration team and has a positive attitude and good communication skills that can consistently maintain high levels of customer satisfaction.

In-house training will be provided, but some experience in the cleaning industry is essential

Please address any relevant industry experience in building services cleaning, water damage & fire damage recovery/restoration, or other trades and services that may in your application.

The ideal candidate:

• Must be a fast learner
• Must be trustworthy; able to work independently and as part of a team.
• Must have good communication skills and high personal presentation standards.
• Must display high attention to detail.
• Must be computer literate, and be experienced with using iPads and iPhones
• On occasions must be able to go away overnight for work purposes as required.
• Vehicles provided for work purposes.
• Industry-recognised accredited courses may be offered.
• This role is idealistic for someone who enjoys engaging with customers and being part of a team.

Responsibilities include:

• Fire damaged contents & building restoration
• Water damaged contents & building restoration
• Mould damaged contents & building remediation
• Carpet, rug and upholstery cleaning
• Contents pack-out and removal
• Odour treatment
• Regular reporting including contents inventories and site reports
