- ABOUT THE ROLE -

As the Qualified Plumber, you'll be responsible for the drive and growth of our company. Using your experience to help overcome any on site challenges.  

You’ll own each roof as an achievement in your personal portfolio.

As a skilled technician, you understand the vital role you play in the customers satisfaction and drive neighbours to want your companies elite service for their own homes.

Working closely with our sales team, you'll act as the leader of our installation team on the ground and the forefront of the companies image. Moving us forward together by going above and beyond with every task.

You’ll manage a range of tasks at each job to ensure excellence and promote referrals. 

Using our existing platform you will be able to report progress and arrive issues so we can work together to achieve your goals and our vision.

We will help highlight your strengths as a roof plumber and improve on areas you have had less experience with.
 

- WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR -

3+ years minimum qualified experience in roof plumbing.

An obsession with completing jobs to plumbing standards and the highest possible outcome on each task.

Strive to better yourself and your team.

Exceptionally resourceful with figuring out problems and having a go at issues that may not be a normal day to day problem

A strong passion for all things related to roofing.

Aim to impress clients and go beyond their expectation.

Own tools and reliable transport.

You pride yourself on self-accountability and achieving goal.
