About the business
We are a Aluminium façade installation company working on large projects in Melbourne's CBD.
We work extremely close with the builders we install for and pride ourselves on delivering projects on time and to a high standard.
About the role
In this role you will be required to work in a tight knit group of aluminium and glass installers. We pride ourselves on our knowledge and workmanship and would except nothing less from any candidate.
key tasks would include and not limited to
-Liaising with our site team -Reading and interpreting drawings -Set out of façade -Working to grids and R.L's - Plenty of opportunity for overtime

All employees receive CFMEU EBA rates which include your base rate of 45.51ph, Site and height allowance, Travel allowance, and 4 weeks annual leave per year ,plus fortnightly roster days off.

Ordinary hours of work are 7-330 with plenty of opportunities for Saturday and overtime work
Skills and experience
-A carpentry background is expected but not necessarily in commercial construction. -You will be required to have excellent communication skill. -Be able to work unsupervised but also in group environments -Have a general knowledge of the building industry with a great attitude to safety and general OHS -The ability to read plans is a must. -You must be able to follow instructions but also lead by example.
