We are a manufacturer of LED signage for infrastructure projects and traffic management. In our 20th year of operation, with continued growth, we are extending our site in West Sunshine. Supporting our established clients across Victoria and the southern states, we are seeking an experienced TA- all rounder for an immediate start.
Key responsibilities will include:
- Fitting of trailer parts and door hardware
- Assembling LED signage into frames and enclosures
- Fitting trucks, vans, utes and 4WDs with beacons, cages, switches a variety of LED signs.
- Providing maintenance and servicing to a range of traffic hire equipment
- Breakdown and onsite repairs
Experience with any of the following will be an advantage:
- MIG welding, mild steel desirable (ticket preferable but not essential)
- Working on construction sites with product installations
- Electrical fitting and/or auto electrical
- Automotive, hydraulics or diesel fitting experience (formal quals not required)
- Knowledge of Truck Mounted Attenuators (TMAs)
Hourly rate will be negotiated based on experience, skills and award requirements. We are an above award employer and would consider apprenticeship for the right applicant.
Importantly, we are looking for self-motivated, mature workers who can manage a project or task to completion and seek assistance as required to ensure deadlines are met.
This role may require night work or weekend work from time to time, so flexibility is essential.
