Silk Studio is an award winning Boutique Salon located in the gorgeous Bayside area. We have been well established since 2010 & although we are a small salon we have a large reputation & are well known for our great customer service, attention to perfection & our talented caring team! We are expanding & are on the hunt for an Experienced & Caring Therapist to join our Team! If you would like to work in a professional & friendly salon that keeps abreast of the Industry then keep reading!
You would be required to work 30-38 hours a week Monday- Friday one week & Tuesday to Saturday the other. We are happy to work with you to establish days & hours that will be suitable for all. We understand that everyone has a certain requirement when it comes to income & a life that they need to organise. We can appreciate this & provide all of our staff with the security of a minimum & maximum amount of hours over their agreed SET days, with the exception of covering other staff while away & the busy Christmas period. We appreciate, respect & accommodate our staff as much as possible & we expect the same high standard in return.
What you will be responsible for:
*Upholding our high standard of Treatments & Customer Care to our Clients.
*Giving Clients 110% & working with the Team to reach individual & Team KPI’S.
*Being capable of working independently, but also as a contributing Team player.
What you will need to possess:
- Minimum cert 4 or Diploma in Beauty Therapy
- Minimum 2yrs in salon experience
- Comfortable & confident working to KPI’s
- Experience & confidence in IPL
- Experience & enthusiasm for Massage: Swedish & Hot Stone any other Massage type is an advantage
- Experience preferred but not essential in: Micro, Medi Peels, Radio Frequency, Oxygen Therapy, LED & Skin needling
- Motivation & enthusiasm for the Industry
- Confident, happy & positive communication skills
- Neat & professional presentation
- Proactive & professional attitude
- Trustworthy & reliable
- Time efficient & organised
