Since commencing operations in April 2014, Bravada Waterproofing has quickly established a reputation for quality, reliability and customer service and with over 40 employees has grown to become Victoria’s largest waterproofing contractor.
In support of its quality positioning, Bravada has achieved accredited applicator status with quality product suppliers including Ardex, Tremco, BASF and CETCO and our business has attained numerous quality accreditations that position it as the clear industry leader in this area.
Bravada’s business continues to expand and it needs to recruit more experienced waterproofers to bolster the ranks of its team of quality applicators. Specifically, Bravada is looking to recruit waterproofing applicators with extensive experience in specialised waterproofing applications including:

• Torch on membranes

• Butynol

• Welded Sheet Membranes

• Bentonite

• Concrete remediation / crack injection

• Trafficable membranes

In addition to the required experience with the above specialised applications, applicants will also need to possess or demonstrate the following:

• Minimum 4 years’ experience working for reputable waterproofing companies

• Current White Card

• Current Driver’s Licence

• Reliable motor vehicle

• Cert III in Waterproofing (desirable)

• Thorough knowledge of the BCA

• Good communication skills

• Excellent time management & organisational skills

• Proven project management experience
