Qualified Landscaper

Super Gardens is Victoria’s longest standing Commercial Grounds Maintenance and Landscape Construction specialists, servicing a diverse range of clients in Australia since 1989.
 
We are experiencing continued growth and have a range of high end commercial projects in excess of $1million, including hardscapes, playgrounds, open space, street scapes and soft scapes for a range of high profile clients including schools, councils and universities etc.
 
As we continue to grow, we have an opportunity for Qualified Landscapers with proven Landscaping experience, ideally in the Commercial space, to join our team in the North West and South East.
 
Working closely with the Landscape Supervisor, your key challenges include:

•  Assisting with planning programmed works including but not limited to: demolition, set out, co-ordinating sub-contractors, installations, concreting, soft scape and retaining walls etc., to ensure the timely completion of projects and according to budget expectations
• Hardscape duties: including concrete formwork, paving and timber work etc.;
• Softscape duties: including garden bed preparation, planting and irrigation work and;
• Complying with HSEQ standards including site safety work statements and undertake an analysis of the site to assess any risk prior to work being completed i.e. traffic signage, barricading the work area etc. 

To be successful in this hands-on role, you will have:  

• A certificate III in (Landscape Construction) 
• An ability to priortise scheduled work requirements and meet tight deadlines;
• Reliability, with a strong work ethic and able to work unsupervised as required;
• A current manual driver's license;
• A strong customer focus;
• Strong communication skills;
• Have strong attention to detail;
• Flexibility and adaptability, with the ability to work in a dynamic and busy team environment
