North Star Motors (NSW) Pty Ltd is looking for an enthusiastic  Heavy Vehicle Service Advisor who shares our views and company goals to join our family owned business and exceptional team.

You must be a self-motivated and dedicated Service Advisor to fulfil this position in our very diverse workshop.

To be considered you will have

• Good communication skills - both verbal & written
• High level of personal presentation and professionalism
• Commitment to providing excellent customer service
• Provide professional customer advice
• Have experience in achieving KPI's
• Total customer satisfaction with explanation in detail of invoices and handover of the vehicles
• Exceptional time management skills
• Have energy and enthusiasm for people and our brand.
• Strong commitment to safety – no short cuts
• Improving and maintaining a high level of productivity whilst maintaining an exceptional standard of customer service and workmanship.
• Possess a "customer service focus" to ensure, at all times, that our company provides our customers with service exceeding that of our competitors
• Be an exceptional communicator who possesses a genuine desire to be a team player
• Have the ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines

  You will become an extremely important link between the customer and the service department, ensuring that an exceptional level of service is maintained at all levels.
