One fixed term, full time post is available immediately until 2nd March 2018. 

The position of Student Information Desk Advisor offers an exciting opportunity for individuals with a keen interest in providing excellent customer service. We are looking for a dynamic individual who has a ‘can-do’ attitude, is an excellent team player and who is committed to providing an excellent customer experience at all times, even under demanding, high-volume, busy periods. You will be part of a high profile service that is critical to the delivery of the best student and staff experience by one of the UKs most ambitious universities. The dedicated and flexible ‘in-house’ team will carry out a wide range of activities including first line IT support to deliver excellent customer service to ensure students and staff receive a prompt, professional and integrated service at all times. 

We are looking for an individual with excellent interpersonal and communication skills, a friendly and professional manner, with good organisational and exceptional IT skills.
