About You
As an experienced Catering Operations Manager you will demonstrate an expert approach to delivering results through your supervisory teams, acting as coach, mentor, and motivator. You will show a real passion for food, delivering excellent customer service whilst remaining commercially astute and looking for ways to maximise business returns.
Your motivation and ability to actively seek out and create opportunities for continual service enhancement coupled with your ability to promote and embed a positive culture across service boundaries will ensure that you quickly establish yourself as a key member of our award winning Facilities Management team.
About the Role
Leading the management of the catering staff, who provide a full range of catering and hospitality services across the campus.
In this vitally important leadership and management role within the wider catering team, you will have significant responsibility for further enhancing and developing the total catering offer across 10 revenue streams. Reporting to the Facilities Manager Catering, you will build highly effective, positive, and professional working relationships with colleagues across the University in order to champion enhancements to the catering offer, and the overall customer experience. Leading the management of the catering staff, you will take a pivotal role in developing and implementing a holistic approach to the achievement of the highest possible levels of service and customer engagement.
