We are looking to appoint a highly effective and experienced Head of HR Operations and Wellbeing to support and manage the HR Operations team at Oxford Saïd as well as taking ownership of the Wellbeing strategy.

The HR Team at Oxford Saïd prides itself on providing a professional HR service throughout the employee lifecycle to all of the School’s c350 ‘Administration’ staff. This role provides an exciting opportunity to be a pivotal member of the Oxford Saïd HR team and to lead the talented HR Operations team of three HR Advisers.

The successful candidate will have significant generalist HR experience being able to effectively partner across a variety of internal and matrixed stakeholder groups, providing advice, guidance, expertise and support with all post-day 1 HR processes.

To be considered at shortlisting you must be able to provide demonstrable experience working as an HR professional in a complex organisation. You will be qualified to CIPD postgraduate level or equivalent and be an outstanding communicator.  You must also be able to demonstrate your ability to manage a high performing team. Experience of HRIS systems is also a key requirement alongside competent use of a variety of both HR and non HR related software.
