The University of Westminster is one of London’s largest Universities. We seek to provide a stimulating environment for both our students and staff. The Business Services team within Estates, Planning & Services is responsible for raising income through the effective use of the University estate.
You will have excellent sales and customer care experience in an academic, or sport and leisure environment. This experience will include a record in increasing sales revenues, liaising with other operational teams to provide a seamless service, proficient computer and communication skills. You will therefore have outstanding customer service experience, be highly motivated and able to work to tight deadlines. You will have a thorough understanding of and a keen interest in the needs of clients hiring sports and social/events space. Most importantly you will be extremely organised and have the ability to liaise and coordinate a number of bookings and events, to ensure a positive outcome.
