Purpose and Main Duties We are seeking an enthusiastic, motivated Administrator to work closely with academic and other administrative staff in supporting the activities of the School of Business, Economics and Informatics. You will have daily contact with a diverse range of students and academic staff and will be responsible for dealing with and resolving a wide range of queries. You will provide administrative support for a set of academic programmes and for certain committees and working groups. In particular, you will support the admissions processes for all of the School’s programmes, and you will be responsible for the School’s office management support and student attendance monitoring.Candidate Requirements You will be experienced in providing high quality customer service and will possess strong communication, organisational and IT skills. You will also be a team player with relevant administrative experience, preferably in a higher education environment. Experience of university admissions processes and/or of office management will be an advantage.About the Department

Salary: Grade 4 of the College's London Pay Scale which is £25,236 rising to £28,633 per annum.
The post is full time, 35 hours per week (1.0 FTE) and open-ended. The salary quoted above is on the College's London Pay Scale and includes a consolidated Weighting/Allowance which applies only to staff whose normal contractual place of work is in the Greater London area. The initial salary will be dependent on the skills and experience of the successful applicant. The appointment is subject to a probationary period of 6 months.
