Lecturer – Grade 7, £33,519 - £39,992 per annum
Senior Lecturer – Grade 8, £41,212 - £49,148 per annum
Location: Bedford
The Faculty of Education and Sport is seeking to appoint a full-time lecturer. The post is based at our Bedford campus.
The School is seeking to recruit an enthusiastic, committed member of staff with an active interest in teaching. The well-established and successful undergraduate portfolio includes courses in, Education Studies, Special Educational Needs and Early Childhood Education and the Post Graduate portfolio includes a successful suite of MA in Education programmes. The teaching is likely to be chiefly focused on the undergraduate programmes, but there may be other contributions elsewhere according to the specialism of the successful candidate including at MA level. For a suitably qualified candidate appointed at SL level there will be an expectation of operating as a course coordinator or an equivalent leadership role and making contributions to course design and development
A doctorate or equivalent professional practice is expected, but beyond this we invite applications from both early career and experienced applicants.
