A vacancy has arisen for a Finance Officer, based in a large, multi-site academic library service in central London. Duties will include providing support to the Finance Manager in the provision of financial and statistical management information and contributing to the budget setting and forecasting for UCL Library Services. The post holder will also assist with the daily financial operations of the team, and will be required to support the Projects and Management Information Officer in the preparation of statistical returns.

The post-holder will be AAT qualified or equivalent with experience of working within a Finance department or in a role with financial responsibilities. You will have excellent Microsoft Excel skills, a good level of numeracy and accuracy, good data analysis, reconciliation and presentation skills and an understanding of prepayments and journals.
