Fixed-Term Contract until July 2018.
The Faculty of Health and Social Care is seeking to appoint an experienced Project Manager responsible for managing the coordination and delivery of the PARE Project. This project seeks to embed the use of web based practice learning assessment and practice learning evaluation processes across a range of Northwest Higher Education Institutions (HEI) and healthcare placement providers; and across a range of differing healthcare progression groups/programmes.
You will be educated to degree level (or equivalent) and preferably hold a project management qualification. You will be well-motivated, creative, and have substantial direct experience of project management within and across organisations. You should have experience of engaging healthcare provider organisations and introducing health and well-being developments.
This is an opportunity to work on an exciting joint University and Healthcare Commissioner collaboration spanning the Northwest region, and as such, highly developed communication skills will be essential, as will the ability to engage with a wide range of practice placement stakeholders.
*If this post is accepted on a secondment basis, the successful candidate will continue to be employed on their existing salary and conditions and any costs will be recharged to the University.
