Detail information about job Teaching Technician (term time only). Terms and conditions vacancy

Salary: £15,356 to £16,289 per annum pro-rata depending on skills and experience. Salary progression beyond this scale is subject to performance.

This term time only post will require flexibility, dynamism, energy and initiative, the ability to work independently and as part of a team, and good communication skills. The post will support the teaching activities of the School by ensuring that dissection and surgery based practical classes are fully provided for through the provision of materials, advice and operational support.

Candidates for this Level 1 post should possess a minimum of 5 GCSE’s in relevant subjects, or previous work experience in a relevant role. An understanding of the basic principles of biology/anatomy along with a basic understanding of Health and Safety regulations is essential.
