The University’s Communications and Engagement service provides a broad range of expertise to support engagement with internal and external stakeholders, and help the University reach not only recruitment targets, but also brand awareness and engagement targets.
The Stakeholder Development team have a new ambitious alumni re-engagement and donor relations strategy. In order to successful re-engage with alumni, including lost alumni, and reconnect with potential donors this role is required to co-ordinate and manage the procurement, implementation and ongoing management of an appropriate alumni, stakeholder and donor relations CRM system.
You will be educated to degree level or higher and have demonstrable experience in the specification, procurement, and implementation of a system within an organisation. You will be experienced in project planning and have worked across a number of internal teams and stakeholders to ensure the successful implementation of a CRM system. You will have proven ability to manage the day-to-day running of a system including training and developing ‘how to’ guides. You will have experience and knowledge of data protection and governance surrounding personal data records and understand customer segmentation and profiling.
