Applications are invited for a Research Associate position in the Information Security Group at the UCL Department of Computer Science, supervised by Dr Gianluca Stringhini. The successful applicant will study the problem of Internet of Things (IoT) powered botnets. The goal of the project is to develop novel mitigation techniques against such threats that could be applied by law enforcement in real settings. This vacancy is available for 12 months.

A PhD in Computer Science or a related discipline is required. The ideal candidate has a strong expertise in malware analysis and computer security.
