Salary: £38,883 - £41,212 pa with potential to progress to £44,992 pa and then to £49,149 pa on achieving designated skills and experience

FTE: This is a full time position working 37 hours per week (1.0 FTE)

Main duties and responsibilities
This is an exciting opportunity to work at a senior level in the University’s Creative Arts School. As the SAM you will be responsible for the management of the School’s administrative offices and all aspects of student administration. As a member of the School’s Executive Group, you will contribute to planning and the effective running of the School. You will be responsible for the management of administrative support to the Dean of School and will ensure that University policy and procedures are followed. You will lead your team to deliver a high level of customer service.
Skills and experience needed
You need to be confident, have sound judgment and excellent inter-personal skills. If you have strong project management and team leadership skills, excellent networking and influencing skills, and a flexible and problem solving approach demonstrated through proven substantial experience in a supervisory role we would like to hear from you.
Qualifications required
Ideally you will be educated to degree level or equivalent and have excellent IT skills including word, excel and other IT applications, especially databases.
