Location: UAL - Richbell Place
The role
Working in the Academic Enterprise strategic marketing and sales team, the role will lead the sales and business develop activity for short course bookings from agents, including growing the sales pipeline across UAL’s six colleges, increasing agent bookings and income generated in select countries, and forming strong international agent relationships.
This role will also be responsible for the full agent booking process, including agent enquires, student bookings through agents, invoicing, and commission payments.
In addition to this central role, the post holder will also strategically advise and collaborate with the Business Manager and marketing and communication teams at the UAL’s six colleges – Camberwell, Chelsea and Wimbledon (CCW), London College of Communication (LCC), London College of Fashion (LCF) and Central Saint Martins (CSM) – to create effective and measurable agent-focused marketing and sales materials.

Your profile
We are looking for a business development and marketing professional with a successful track record in growing a sales pipeline and developing strong business relationships and account management, preferably in the higher education sector or international student recruitment sector.
You will need to be experienced in developing sales and marketing plans, and reviewing international market trends and student recruitment performance targets. You will also need to have an eye for detail and be customer orientated.
