The College has an opportunity for a Demi Chef de Partie to join our dedicated and passionate team; you will assist the Executive Head Chef and team in the development, preparation & service of all the catering requirements within the College. Ensuring the highest standards are maintained in order for us to continue to surprise and delight our customers.
The College is looking for someone with a knowledge of modern techniques, enthusiasm, and passion, experienced in hotel, restaurant or contract catering environment. Further opportunities exist to train and develop skills to become a more all rounded chef. You must be an efficient and organised worker with excellent attention to detail and someone who takes a great pride in their work and in keeping a tidy section.
