We are particularly interested in candidates with expertise in: Project/Operations Management/Continuous Improvement; People, Organisations and Change Management; and Corporate Strategy.
You will hold a PhD in a relevant area (or equivalent qualifications/experience) and have proven excellent teaching experience. It is essential that the appointee has an appreciation of professional and executive education with the ability to deliver team teaching, with practitioner guest speakers, that delivers high quality research and research-informed learning. As a Senior University Teacher you will also be expected to show evidence of contributions to professional or pedagogical practice through previous funding for teaching enhancement activities, publication of teaching related outputs, or delivering specific external professional development programmes, and also have a well-established personal reputation and professional standing.
